At Tantuvi, we take immense pride in curating and delivering heirloom-quality Banarasi sarees, handwoven with care and tradition. Every saree is a unique piece of art, and we thank you for supporting the livelihoods of our artisans. Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, please review our cancellation and refund policies carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at [email protected] with your order number. Cancellations will be accepted only if the order has not yet been shipped.
After Dispatch:
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or recall the shipment. Please refer to our return eligibility below for further options.

Returns & Refunds

As a brand dedicated to slow fashion and one-of-a-kind, handcrafted textiles, we are unable to offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Eligibility for Return:

You may be eligible for a return or exchange only if:
• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Your order number
• Photographs clearly showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem
Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps.

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original method of payment.
• Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the artisanal nature of our sarees, we do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
• Minor variations in color, texture, or weave (these are natural outcomes of handcrafted production)
• Custom-made or altered sarees
• Orders returned without prior approval
• Products returned in used or damaged condition

International Orders

At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds for international orders unless the product is received damaged or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
